These days, I try to exercise at Suan Luang often because I have to send my child to school near Seacon 3 days a week anyway. If you enter Suan Luang before 9:00 a.m., there is no entrance fee because most people go to exercise in the morning. I like the atmosphere in the park. The flowers in the park change all the time. When I go to exercise, I choose to walk where there are a lot of big trees, which is a bit shady. Some places don't have big trees at all, so it's a bit hot. Going to exercise and look at the flowers and trees is very pleasing to the eyes. Now there is a connecting path from Suan Luang Rama IX to Bueng Nong Bon.

I planned to take shelter from the rain for a while and wait for it to stop before going back, but the security guards chased us away, telling us to hurry back even though it was still raining heavily. It's a nice place to sit and walk around. It's a good 7/10 (at the exit of the hotel). They should improve the quality, condition, and health of the small trees a bit more so it can get 8/10. The gardening girls (outsourced company) are all in senior citizen condition. Seeing them hiding in nooks and crannies, looking pitiful. They must be tired, I can tell.

Many people were relaxing on the lawn. The surroundings were very quiet, hard to imagine being surrounded by the city center. The park has lots of shaded seating areas to relax and hide from the sun. The park also has a lot of activities: 2 playgrounds, 2 exercise areas, basketball courts, skating rink, food stalls, etc. That's what a city park should be like. This park is in the middle of a concrete jungle. It is a lung in the city surrounded by shopping malls. On the left is Emporium and on the right is EmSphere. It is easily accessible by BTS. Wide area, shady, lots of exercise equipment, a playground, quite a few toys for children, a walking/running path around the pond, shady, with turtles, fish, and a big one sleeping on a foam box in the middle of the pond. The kids really liked it. Went at 16:30, just right. After a while, it was shady, the kids could play with toys....the bathroom was clean. Recommended place to relax and exercise for people in Bangkok....PS. This was our first time. Will stop by again. Oh, they close at 21:00, which is great.

This was my first time going to Sanam Luang as a Thai because this Songkran I stopped by to visit a friend in Bangkok after not living in Bangkok for more than twenty years. We traveled by MRT to Sanam Chai station and walked along the way. I have to say that the view on both sides of the road was very beautiful. There was a view of Wat Pho, Wat Phra Kaew, the Ministry of Defense, and the City Pillar Shrine. The view was exquisite and beautiful.... What a beautiful little park! Lots of shade on a sunny day, plenty of seating. A very pleasant change of green as you take your time walking along the streets and tall buildings. Perfect for a short break after visiting the Reclining Buddha or the Grand Palace. There is also a public outdoor gym with some rusty equipment, but it was great fun to train with the locals. A small enough paradise amidst the dirty concrete jungle of Bang Yi Khan district. There are a few cats but the place is well maintained and there are only a few security guards. Lots of school children after 4-5pm, otherwise it is quite quiet throughout the day. Beware of ants in the trees as they bite and don't forget to spray a lot of mosquito repellent when the sun goes down.

Nice park with a lot of big tree that allow you to walk your dog. You can parking your car along side of the soi that close to the park. Clean brick path that mostly covered with tree shade is good for walking with your dog. There have plenty of shady area and good wind flow make it is a nice place to relaxing. The park is close to the Vibhavadi Rangsit road that cause the a lot of noise that might disturb your relaxation.

I tried dancing even though I don't know how to dance. 55 But when I finished dancing, a woman walked over holding a paper bag and the people dancing put money in the bag.. so I put 20 baht in. At first I thought the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration or the district office hired a teacher to teach, but we helped each other.

Queen Sirikit Park is not far from Chatuchak Park and Mochit Bus Terminal. It is a large public park with many beautiful flower gardens. It is a good place to walk and exercise. There is no charge, but there is a parking charge. The first 15 minutes are free and the first hour is 20 baht. Fractions of an hour are counted as 1 hour. The park is located on the site of the former tobacco factory next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Ratchadaphisek Road. Currently, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is responsible for the park.
