Bangkok understands and is aware of sidewalk problems. Accelerate the upgrading of sidewalks to meet standards, both new construction, repairs, and use of innovations to help make sidewalks attractive, walkable, and safe, suitable for all genders, ages, and occasions. The Bangkok spokesperson leads the team to inspect the sidewalks, piloting the Ratchadamri-Ploenchit area #, new sidewalk standards, entrances and exits to buildings are smooth and even with the sidewalks, reinforced concrete floors increase strength, reduce water explosions and leg bounce, before expanding to 16 routes throughout Bangkok.

By moving forward with 3 parts to make Bangkok's sidewalks walkable, walkable and attractive.

  • Making new sidewalks
  • Sidewalk repair and improvement
  • Application of local innovations

In addition, the Department of Public Works has coordinated with various public utility agencies to reduce, stop, and quit the behavior of breaking the sidewalks.

After the sidewalk is completed, the district office will take action to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and strictly enforce the rules and regulations on motorcycles parked/running on the sidewalk.

For today's field visit, there is another outstanding point of Ratchadamri-Ploenchit, which is the beautiful and eye-catching identity of the manhole cover, which is another gimmick and check-in point for hip people in the Siam area.
