Effective Waste Management Guidelines

1. Establish policies

Establish and implement waste management policies
Separate waste according to the 3Rs principle(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

2. Provide waste bins

Clearly separate waste bins by type, with labels indicating the type of waste
Place waste bins in convenient and easily accessible locations
Clean the waste bins regularly

3. Encourage vendors

Encourage vendors in buildings/shopping malls to use biodegradable packaging
Promote the reduction of single-use plastics
Organize activities to promote recycling

4. Communicate to raise awareness

Provide training on how to separate trash
Organize activities to motivate people to separate waste
Promote through various media channels in the shopping mall

5. Encourage useful ways to handle waste

Reduce the amount of waste sent for disposal as much as possible
Separate things like food waste, recyclables, and hazardous items before throwing them away
Bring recyclable waste to sell or donate
