How to discard Baby powder containers

Use it up, peel off the plastic, and throw it away with recyclables (some brands).
Why can only some brands be discarded?
Baby powder bottles are made from HDPE plastic, which has the property of floating on water. However, to make the powder bottle soft, some brands add a lot of calcium carbonate into the plastic, causing it to sink into water. In the recycling process, it is difficult to separate.
