Bangkok aims for sustainability

The Green City Declaration aims to make Bangkok a green, livable and resilient city.
Climate change, aiming to reduce CO2e emissions by 10 million tons by the year
2030 and aiming for net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
With cooperation from the private sector and policy improvements in 4 main areas:
Buildings and energy, transportation systems, waste management and water

Target

Reducing urban greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 19% or
Equivalent to 10 million tons of CO2 by 2030 and aiming for urban goals
Net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050
