These days, I try to exercise at Suan Luang often because I have to send my child to school near Seacon 3 days a week anyway. If you enter Suan Luang before 9:00 a.m., there is no entrance fee because most people go to exercise in the morning. I like the atmosphere in the park. The flowers in the park change all the time. When I go to exercise, I choose to walk where there are a lot of big trees, which is a bit shady. Some places don't have big trees at all, so it's a bit hot. This was my first time going to Sanam Luang as a Thai because this Songkran I stopped by to visit a friend in Bangkok after not living in Bangkok for more than twenty years. We traveled by MRT to Sanam Chai station and walked along the way. I have to say that the view on both sides of the road was very beautiful. There was a view of Wat Pho, Wat Phra Kaew, the Ministry of Defense, and the City Pillar Shrine. The view was exquisite and beautiful.... My house is near the water park. I have a chance to walk in the park 5 days a week. It is one of the most beautiful water parks I have ever seen. Big trees, big and beautiful ponds. The air in the park is fresh and clean. If anyone has a chance, please stop by to see the beauty. But I would like to leave a message with the park staff. In the area of the pond in front, next to the road into the cooperative village, there is quite a lot of garbage. It looks like a canal with rotting water. I saw in the park there are boats and park staff. They might be able to collect the garbage to make the park look more beautiful. It would be a more complete water park.

Just came here for the first time. The garden is very beautiful. The big trees are very beautiful. The water is good and not rotten. I like that there are many doors connecting to various communities (but I saw officers only at the front 2 doors). I saw 3 restrooms. The running path is well-maintained and beautiful. 1 round is about a kilometer and a half. There is a picnic spot by the water. The garden looks clean. I saw some bicycles here and there. I'm not sure if they can be ridden. Parking is hard to find. But I think you can park at the district office on Saturday-Sunday, I'm not sure. While running, I saw people walking through from the district office.

The garden is shady, clean, and beautiful. I was impressed by the security guards who took good care of me and gave me good advice. There is a 2-kilometer long jogging track around the pond. There are activities for the bodybuilding club and stretching exercises for different parts of the body led by an old man. The bathrooms are clean and very safe.

The park in Bangkok is open from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm. I like to walk on the elevated walkway to see the view of Bangkok. There are bike lanes and paths for walkers and joggers. Recommend: come in the morning or evening to watch the sunset. It is large. Parking area (please tell me that there is a traffic jam ☺) Not too far from the MRT/BTS station.

Benjakitti Park is a public park built to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother on the occasion of her 5th cycle birthday anniversary. Benjakitti Park was built to replace the tobacco factory that had been moved out of Bangkok. The park is located on the site of the former tobacco factory next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Ratchadaphisek Road. Currently, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is responsible for the park. In addition, Benjakitti Park received its name from Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, who came to open it on 9 December 2004. In the beginning, Benjakitti Park was developed by the Treasury Department under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance. Later, in 2014, the Royal Thai Army joined the Treasury Department to improve the landscape to become a forest park that can connect to the original Benjakitti Park.

Good atmosphere, good breeze, but I recommend coming at 5:30 PM. If you come at 5:00 PM, April is quite hot. But walking is very confusing, can't figure out the way. Coming during this period may be because the sun is hot, so the garden decoration may not be as complete as when it first opened. There are 3 entrances, but cars can enter 2 ways: in front of Ram Intra Road, the entrance is right under the expressway. Do not drive fast or you will pass. If you pass, turn left a little bit. There will be another entrance. Here, there is a walking-running lane, clearly separated from the bicycle lane. The running lane is about 550 meters per round. The walking and running lanes are not very wide. Even if 4 people walk closely together, if 2 people walk and talk, there will be only a little space for runners. It is not suitable for walking and talking. In the evening, there are many people practicing running fast. You may be hit slowly. Please stay on the left. There is a football field, basketball court, takraw court, and climbing equipment for children. There are good bathrooms. There is a ramp for wheelchairs on the side door. There are two routes: the big route is 4.2 kilometers long, running straight towards the sports center, passing the elderly care center building under construction, then crossing the bridge and coming back to the small route is 2.9 kilometers long, crossing the bridge and turning left parallel to the big route, then meeting at a three-way intersection. Along the way, there are security guards to facilitate at intervals. There are two restrooms, one at the administration building and one at the end of the big route. If you want to go for a walk, you can walk across the suspension bridge to the opposite side where there is a playground and enjoy the view of the lake. The bathroom is clean. The lights are not working in some places. It is quiet. After 6 pm, there are not many people, but I still feel safe because there are many security guards. Be careful that the GPS takes you the wrong way. The alley next to the bridge is not accessible. You have to go a little past the Esso gas station. There is an alley leading to the park.

The largest lane allows for a walking or running distance of up to 1.1 km. The overall area is clean enough. It doesn't look too deserted or lonely. There are security guards and not a lot of parking space. There is a fairly complete range of basic exercise equipment, including playground equipment. There is a bathroom building. Overall, it is adequate and looks fairly safe.

Beautifully made, well made, with a ramp for people to bring their bicycles up, and an elevator for the elderly and disabled. What is not so beautiful is the Phra Pok Klao Park below. There is no beautiful sign, only a handwritten sign in Thai. The entrance door is beautiful, but only the one where cars can park is open. The door under the bridge is not open, it is dark, there is no light, and it does not say which entrance to enter. You have to ask a cart vendor if you have to walk around a bit.
